At work this past week we all got new PCs. They're really, really fast. We actually ordered the parts and put them togethers ourselves. The only person who really had any problems was Mike, who paid someone to put his together.

Anyway, what I really wanted to let you all know about is the new Microsoft Multimedia Wireless Optical keyboard and mouse combo that I purchased to go with the new PC. (Well, well all went out to CompUSA and picked out "what we wanted." It was a fun excursion, and I feel much closer to my team members.) Both the keyboard and mouse are wireless. It's really great, and I really should get one for the home PC.

The only problems are that the delete key is huge, they moved the insert key somewhere (who knows where), and they've introduced the "F-Lock" key. Eeh? Yep, you have to turn on your function keys now. No biggie I though, I'll just leave it on all the time. However, if F-lock is on, you can't do the Alt-PrtScr to print screen your window to the clipboard. So now I have to turn it off to Alt-PrtScr, thne back on, because I like my F keys.

On another note, I have recently started working as a Business Analyst at PLATO Learning, in Bloomington, MN. It's a great place to work, I like the people, and the project seem interesting. Thanks PLATO!
